Race Sponsorship

Racing Naming Right to the race title of a race i.e. ‘The Your Business Name Handicap Stakes.”

Includes:

Winning Connections – VIP experience:
– Selection of Best Turned-Out horse in the Parade Ring.
– View your race from a VIP area with champagne.
– Present trophies to the Winning Connections.
– Official photograph of your race presentation.
– Champagne reception whilst watching a replay of the race.

Plus:
– An interview with the race day announcer and promotion prior to your race.
– Hyperlinks to your website on fixture and racing report pages.
– Branding opportunities around sponsored race such as: trackside positions at the start of your named race, number cloths, winner’s rugs etc are also available.

Title Sponsorship

Naming rights to a fixture – for example ‘The Your Business Name Race Day.’

Includes:

-Fixture title published in the local, national and racing press.
– Fixture title included on prior-fixture promotional materials, poster and broadcast campaigns.
– Banner advert, logo and web link included on the related Title Fixture page & Racing Report pages of the Bangor-on-Dee website.
– Brand included in e-newsletter content related to the fixture.
– Editorial content within a related e-newsletter and the race card.
– Opportunity to nominate a charity of your choice for exit collections on the race day.

On the race day:

– Business name / logo on Raceday badges.
– Opportunity for additional on-site branding.
– Brand included on screen welcome messages across the racecourse.

Name a Race

At Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse, we believe that every occasion deserves to be marked. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, proposal, engagement, graduation or honouring a loved one, we’re here to make your day memorable.

Available for selected races/fixtures from £750 (plus VAT), the Occasion Package provides you with the unique opportunity to personalise a race name, be featured in the racecard, and take part in a VIP Parade Ring & Champagne race-viewing experience.

Package Includes:

Personalise the Name of a Race:
– Have a race named after your special day or occasion
– For example, you could name it: ‘The Happy Birthday to NAME Handicap Chase.’
– You have up to 6 words to personalise as underlined above.
– All announcements relating to this race (whether tannoy announcements at the racecourse, listing in the racecard / racing press, references on TV etc) will state this title – as named by yourselves.

Feature in the Racecard:
– We will dedicate space in the racecard to you.
– The page can include your race name, copy relating to your occasion and x1 relevant image (to be provided by yourselves.)

VIP Parade Ring Experience:
Up to 8 adult guests will have the opportunity to enter the Parade Ring just before your race. Accompanied by a member of our team, your group will then:
– Select the Best Turned Out horse.
– Watch the race from a private viewing platform, whilst enjoying a glass of Champagne.
– Present prizes to the Winning Connections on the winner’s platform.
– Be photographed during the prize presentation and receive a digital copy of your photo.

T&Cs apply:

Available to hospitality bookers who are paying for their package in full; it is not available alongside any promotional discounts or offers.

Please note, no hospitality places are included in this package / fee, and a minimum of 2 hospitality places must be purchased in addition to purchasing the Occasion Package.

This package cannot be used for commercial purposes, it is for use with personal celebrations only.

Guests taking the VIP Parade Ring Experience must be at least 18 years of age, and a maximum of 8 guests will be permitted. Only those in your hospitality group may join this experience.
