Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse is a left handed jumps racecourse, nestled in picturesque countryside and surrounded by idyllic Welsh hills. Bangor-on-Dee was first used for horse racing in 1859 and over a century and a half later, horses still race on virtually the exact same track.

Chase: Soft (Heavy in places) (GSt 3.0 on Wed 8:15am)

Hurdle Course
Hurdle: Soft (GSt 3.4 on Wed 8:15am)

Rails: Hurdle bends moved in and chase bends moved out since last fixture in November. Distances tbc. Fence 4 (first fence in 3m chases) will be omitted for all chases.

17mm rain in the week leading up to entries, further 12mm since. Wednesday: Cloudy but mostly dry. Max temp 10°C Thursday: Unsettled with wind and rain thro’ the day, showers continuing overnight into Friday. Max temp 9 °C Friday: Rain thro’ the morning with showers continuing into the afternoon.
