Bangor-on-Dee racecourse is delighted to announce that the BHA have released 2022’s racing calendar, including the dates for Bangor’s much-loved meetings.
Racing will return to Bangor-on-Dee racecourse on Thursday 13th January. 14 race meetings will take place at Bangor’s picturesque track throughout the year, before the 2022 racing season is closed on Friday 9th December.
Staff at Bangor-on-Dee racecourse are looking forward to a more normal racing season as well as the chance to welcome back spectators to the course and its hospitality venues to enjoy thrilling British horse racing at its best.
David Armstrong – Chief Executive of the Racecourse Association (RCA) – said “2022 will be a vital year for racecourses as they look to recover from the pandemic and lost revenues of over £400m whilst still looking to maintain strong prize money levels and this Fixture List is structured in such a way to support this progress”.
Information such as race times, prices and hospitality packages will be released in due course.
