Are you looking to get into Pony Racing? Come along and join us on Sunday 28th September 2025, for The Area 5 Pony Club Race Day!

There will be an Introduction to Pony Racing at The Area 5 Pony Club Race Day, held here at Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse on 28th September, starting at 12:00pm.

Race 3. 148 Beginners Race Approx. 4F

Beginner Riders Race. Ponies not exceeding 148 cms

Race 4. 128 Open Race Approx. 6F

For ponies not exceeding 128 cms

Race 5. 138 Novice Race Approx. 6F

Novice Riders Race. Ponies not Exceeding 138cms.

Race 6. 148 Novice Race Approx. 6F

Race 7. 138 Intermediate Race Approx. 8F
